Add E-mail Alias

An email alias is a virtual mail box for your domain which routes your emails to another address directly without storing that email.

To access your email accounts, you must type the URL http://mail.yourdomain.com into your browser.

If your domain does not yet point to us, please refer to your setup email for a temporary URL to use.

To login to your master account, the UserID is always "root@yourdomain.xyz" (no quotes, where .xyz is your domain extension such as .com).  The password is supplied to you at account setup and is usually the same as for FTP and FrontPage.  Once you login, you will see the a screen with the following in the upper right section.

"Alias Administration" is located toward the lower part of the dropdown box labeled "Options and Styles..." (this dropdown box may have the date in some versions of webmail). An "alias" is a name pointer that directs mail to a user account or forwards to an external mail address.  You have a fixed amount of users, but are allowed unlimted aliases and forwards. 

To create a user, click on "Alias Administration". "Postmaster" is a default alias.

Next Click on Add

Now input an AliasID (this is the name of the alias - the "@yourdomain.xyz is not required and will be added automatically) and input a Destination.  This is the e-mail address where your e-mail address will be forwarded to. When you are finished, click Save to create the new alias. 

This new alias will now be redirected to the destination address.

ImageAid recently completed and launched the innnagural Web site for OurayVacations.com. The site promotes vacation opportunities and activities in Ouray, Colorado, 'The Switzerland of America.' The site integrates HTML with XML and Flash, creating a usable, dynamically driven site. In the coming months, we will be launching a PHP- and MySQL-driven property promotion and reservation system.
